Mountain Mittens
These mittens are extra cozy and fuzzy (with a little bit of sparkle!). They feature a patten that reminds me of the snowy mountains and the sky in the winter.
The dark color is a yarn that was dyed locally for a yarn shop in Juneau, AK and the is called “Aurora.” The green captures the essence of the aurora borealis perfectly.
The extra sparkly fuzz (mohair) adds some additional warmth to these already cozy mittens.

Fit & Warmth:
Adult medium (photos feature my hands which are a size small).
Mid-weight. A perfect weight for winter and spring/fall in cooler climates.

Materials:
Hand-knit with sustainably sourced hand-dyed merino wool and mohair
Merino wool is soft and warm without being scratchy.
Merino wool is odor-resistant, moisture-wicking, breathable, and biodegradable.

Care:
Spot clean and air dry for best results
May be machine washed in cold water on gentle cycle, lay flat to dry
