Fireweed is a summertime icon in Alaska. This beanie features a fireweed flower pattern in yarn that was dyed for a wonderful yarn store in Cordova, Alaska. The color is also called fireweed! The body of the hat is made with a mix of merino wool and baby alpaca, making it extra soft, squishy, and warm!
This beanie has a slightly slouchy fit and is sure to brighten up even the darkest of winter days.

Fit & Warmth:
Relaxed fit: Hat will fit be a relaxed fit for most teens and adults (22”-23” head circumference). It will fit up to about a 23.5” head with a more snug fit.
Mid-weight. A perfect weight for winter and spring/fall in cooler climates.

Materials:
Hand-knit with hand-dyed merino wool and baby alpaca yarn
Merino wool is soft and warm without being scratchy.
Merino wool is odor-resistant, moisture-wicking, breathable, and biodegradable.
